Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than Blue Nile), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Blue Nile return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt. Please allow an average of 2-3 business days for review. We will contact you should we have any questions or if you require a repair quote.
For refunds, please allow an additional 7-10 business days to issue your credit and another 2-8 business days for your credit card company to post against your account. Any duty or tax charged to your original order will be automatically refunded to you where applicable. Returns for repairs and resizing will be conducted locally in Canada.
