Diamond Price Match Terms and Conditions
You must apply the Diamond Price Guarantee before purchasing your Blue Nile diamond.
Not every diamond qualifies for a price match. Diamonds must be comparable to our diamonds and have a verifiable, competing price. Use the following information to see if your diamond qualifies.
Keep in mind, the competing price must be available to any member of the public and cannot be a unique discount. The lower price must also remain in effect when Blue Nile verifies your request.
Competitor Listing Conditions
The Diamond Price Guarantee does not apply where the competitor or Blue Nile has made a pricing error or typographical error on an item. When comparing competitor listing conditions, ensure competing prices use the same currency.
At Blue Nile, we aim to offer the most competitive prices for our diamonds. If you find a comparable diamond from another jeweler for a lower price, we typically match it.
There are several conditions that you must meet to be eligible for Blue Nile’s Diamond Price Guarantee program. Refer to our diamond price match criteria to determine your eligibility for price matching.
Price Match Comparison Criteria
Not every diamond qualifies for a price match. Diamonds must be comparable to our diamonds and have a verifiable, competing price. Use the following information to see if your diamond qualifies.
Diamond Eligibility Requirements
The following conditions must be met to qualify for a price match with one of our timeless diamonds:
• Astor by Blue Nile™ diamonds are not eligible for the Diamond Price Guarantee program.
• Blue Nile's Diamond Price Guarantee program applies only to certified loose diamonds sold through www.bluenile.com.
• Only colorless diamonds qualify for the diamond price match terms.
• Rare carat price-matching is eligible for our program.
Certification Requirements
When price matching competitor diamonds, they must meet certain certification requirements, including:
• The competitor's diamond must have an original diamond grading report from an approved diamond grading laboratory.
• Diamond Grading Reports must be from within the last two (2) years.

Price Verification Requirements
To verify the competing price, you must supply our diamond experts with these price verifications:
• A copy of the grading report from an approved diamond grading laboratory for the competitor's diamond.
• A link to a website offer or a published price offer. This cannot be a marketplace site that aggregates listings from other retailers—it must be the actual retailer providing the diamond.

• Competitors' special promotions such as rebates, gift certificates, bundled products, and "buy one, get one" offers
• Time-limited sales events (such as Black Friday, "early bird" or "door buster" offers)
• Offers advertised as limited in time or quantity
• Clearance, liquidation and going-out-of-business sales
• Loyalty program offers
• Affiliate partner activity, including but not limited to offers, coupons, loyalty, rebate, or reward partnerships
• Stacking of offers on top of the reduced price match

We can’t use diamond pricing for products that are no longer available. The competitor's diamond must be in stock and available for purchase at that price.
Final Determination Criteria
The Blue Nile price is the final price after applying any rebates, gift certificates, and promotional discounts to the item. Costs for comparable shipping and handling are included in the price comparison.
• Our Blue Nile Price Match program cannot be combined with our Diamond Upgrade Program.
• Stacking of offers on top of the reduced price match

Additional Terms & Conditions
• The Diamond Price Guarantee only applies before you purchase your Blue Nile diamond. Once you purchase from Blue Nile, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your diamond to us within 30 days.
• Only one diamond per customer is eligible for the Diamond Price Guarantee (multiple claims on the same diamond are not eligible, regardless of the quantity ordered).
• The Diamond Price Guarantee applies only once per diamond, even if you subsequently find a lower-priced offer.
• The diamond price match terms only apply to purchases for personal use—not to purchases for resale or commercial purposes.
• We reserve the right to: (1) deny requests, (2) modify these terms at any time, and (3) terminate the Diamond Price Guarantee at any time.
