NOTE: Orders may be subject to a disbursement fee of 5% of the advanced amount, with a minimum of 10.00 SGD and a maximum of 100.00 SGD.
Warehouse fees may apply after the third day of failure to deliver. On Day 3 to Day 7 a fee of 10.00 SGD per shipment or 0.50 SGD per kg, whichever is greater, will be applied per day. On Day 8 a fee of 1.00 SGD per kg, with a minimum of 10.00 SGD will apply per day.
Blue Nile will collect and remit Singapore GST on items delivered within Singapore with value not exceeding SG $400 (“Low-Value-Goods”). To the extent that Singapore GST was applied to your order, the GST is eligible for refund if your order is returned to Blue Nile.
For item sales exceeding SG$ 400, the recipient, as the importer of record, is responsible for working with the local authorities to resolve any GST tax issues. If a GST refund is desired because an order is returned or because an exchange, repair, or resize order is assessed GST tax, the recipient is responsible for following the procedures necessary to request such refund. Tax assessment and refund decisions are made by the Singapore authorities and are not controlled by Blue Nile. Requests for copies of shipping documents needed to apply for tax refund requests may take up to 30 business days to fulfill.
