Designed exclusively for clients who have been working with a Blue Nile Customer Service Diamond Expert via phone or chat, you will have the opportunity to see select diamonds in person, view diamond grading reports, and ask questions one-on-one with a certified gemologist.

If your selections are available, your visit will be confirmed once the requested pieces have arrived at our office.
