Microsoft Edge

  • Press the three-dot More Actions button on the top right then click on "Settings"
  • Click on "View advanced settings" towards the bottom
  • Under Cookies, select "Don't block cookies"
  • You can exit the settings panel by clicking anywhere else on the page

Microsoft Internet Explorer

  • Select "Tools" and then "Internet Options" from the main menu
  • Click the "Privacy" tab
  • Adjust the slider so that the setting is "Medium"
  • Click "OK"

Mozilla Firefox

  • Select "Options" from the main menu
  • Click the "Privacy" tab
  • Set "Firefox will:" to "Use custom settings for history."
  • Check "Accept cookies from sites"
  • Click "OK"


  • Select "Safari" or "Edit", then "Preferences" from the main menu.
  • Click "Privacy."
  • In the "Block cookies" section, next to Accept Cookies, select "Always."
  • Click on "close"

iOS Safari

  • Tap "Settings" > "Safari."
  • Tap "Block cookies" and choose "Never."

Google Chrome

  • Click the Chrome menu icon.
  • Select "Settings."
  • Near the bottom of the page, click "Show advanced settings."
  • Click "Content settings" in the "Privacy" section.
  • Select "Allow local data to be set (recommended)."
  • Click "Done" to save.


  • Tap "Menu Items" button on your device.
  • Select "Settings."
  • Select "Privacy and Security."
  • Click "Content settings" in the "Privacy" section.
  • Be sure that "Accept Cookies" is check marked.


  • Select "Tools" then "Preferences" from the main menu
  • Click on the "Advanced" tab at the top of the dialog box
  • Click on "Cookies" in the left hand menu
  • Click to select "Accept Cookies"
