Items $2,000 or below can be returned online or you can contact us directly for items priced over $2,000. Blue Nile accepts merchandise returns via mail only.

Online Returns do not apply to the following items:

  1. International returns.
  2. Non-USD currencies.
  3. Item(s) shipped over 30 days ago.
  4. Individual purchases over $2,000.
  5. Exchanges, repairs, or resizing.
  6. Items that became damaged or defective after delivery.
  7. Engraved items (rings excluded).
