Welcome to Blue Nile Online Returns
We offer an extended return policy through the holidays starting November 15th. Items $500 or below can be returned online or you can contact us directly for items priced over $500. Items must be in original condition and cannot be engraved. Please note the customer must pay for return postage.**
*Blue Nile accepts merchandise returns via mail only.
**Online Returns do not apply to the following items:
- International returns.
- Non-USD currencies.
- Item(s) shipped over 30 days ago.
- Individual purchases over $500.
- Exchanges, repairs, or resizing.
- Items that became damaged or defective after delivery.
- Engraved items (rings excluded).

Returns are simple with just 4 easy steps. If you are the original purchaser, select "return items". If you are the recipient, please select "return gift".
If you are the original cardholder or purchaser, start here to initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original payment method.
If you are the recipient of a gift from Blue Nile, start here to initiate a gift certificate which will be emailed to you once your return has been received and processed.
