The locket was nice but I had a really hard time getting the plastic insert that covers the photo out and it got destroyed. Now it can't be used and a picture can't be put in. Other than that it's nice

My grandparents both passed away recently, and I wanted a way to carry a photo of them with me always. I'm very selective about jewelry and aware of quality, and I wanted something beautiful that would last. This locket is perfect. It's absolutely beautiful and the size is just right -not too big or too small. It includes a photo guide that made printing images to put inside it very easy for me (I used Photoshop) and plastic windows that protect the images once placed inside the locket. And the engraving on the front is gorgeous. If you want a locket that is really intended to be used as a locket, this is perfect. If you want a locket that's a beautiful silver heart, this is perfect. I couldn't be happier.

I was very pleased with the SS locket but it was difficult to open. When I finally got it open, now I cannot reclose it. Will be mailing back for adjustment/replacement.

It looked very nice. The engraving wasn't quite as smooth looking as I expected. Still looks great for the cost.

A very nice necklace for my fiance. The chain is very delicate looking, and the engraving looks quite elegant. There's a cutting template included for trimming a photo to put inside. Overall, very satisfied.

The overall product is excellent. I'm a bit of an artist/designer myself, so I can be very picky about these things. But I can say for sure that the design of the engraving will please almost anyone and everyone.
