I was hesitant after reading other reviews that maybe 1/2 ct. wouldn't be big enough. I was also waffling between this and the princess cut. But I decided to take the chance and I'm so glad I did. The pendant is beautiful and plenty big enough for me; I wanted something I could wear with anything and this pendant is perfect. I do agree with some of the other reviews on the quality of the chain; nothing to write home about. But I ordered the sterling silver beaded chain and it is perfect with the pendant. Love it.

The pendant was very nice and the platinum setting really provided an extra sparkle. The stone, although 1/2 ct tw, seemed small once my wife put it on. I wish I had gotten the 3/4 ct tw instead.
