Blue nile rocks
Originally the diamond I wanted was out of stock...BN's customer service called and gave me several options for better diamonds for even less then my original cost! I was completely satisfied with my purchase the ring was beautiul and more importantly my fiancee was just estatic with the dazzle of this ring.

My Wife is over the moon about the ring.
I have received the ring earlier this week, the ring is stunning and we couldnt be happier. We had a local valuation done, this confirmed all of the characteristics of the diamond and the ring as stated. I was nervous ordering over the web, however this experience has made Blue Nile my 1st place to shop for jewellery.

Best Anniversay ever!
I gave this ring to my wife for our 20th anniversary. She was ecstatic. Overwhelmed. It more than met my expectations. The fact that it was custom built to my specs is something she finds especially endearing. I don't want to sound like an advertisment, but this was an enjoyable purchasing experience, and I hate to shop. I looked at quite a few local stores and heard about the 4 "C"s endlessly. It is amazing how the diamonds I was shown there turned out to be low rated, inexpensive ones on this site. I found Blue Nile while doing an internet search. Did some research and gave it a try. It is probably one of the best designed purchasing interfaces out there. Simple, versatile, easy to follow.

She is thrilled with her stunning engagement ring.
For years, I had shopped at a jeweler in another city where I could select a loose stone and match it with a mounting. I no longer live there, so I decided to give Blue Nile a try. I could not be happier with the result. The choice of loose diamonds is amazing and the setting is beautiful. All my fiance's friend are amazed with her beautiful ring and I got a lot of "thumb's-up."

Wife on Cloud Nine!!
My wife lost her engagement ring and was devastated. I bought her this replacement for her 40th birthday. I was a little skeptical at first, but the design process, quality, education, and ease of use of the "custom built" tool was incredible. I bought this ring to a jeweler just for my own sanity and he could not believe the diamond quality. An absolutely georgeous ring that has my wife on cloud nine!

"Indecisive girlfriend, ecstatic fiance. The Custom Built Ring."
As my girlfriend and I viewed thousands of rings online and in various jewelry establishments, I began to feel a bit overwhelmed. However, when I sat down to look through Blue Nile's website, I was comforted, first by its name recognition, and secondly by knowing I was dealing with quality. My girlfriend (now fiance) is very indecisive. She had pointed out different facets of multiple rings that would create her "dream" ring. All of the wonderful characteristics of Blue Nile in mind, I jumped at the opportunity to Custom Build a Ring. When the "yes" came and her tears and sniffles subsided, she said that "she could not be happer with the ring...it was absolutely perfect." The ring is beautiful! I was a bit nervous about making such a large purchase over the internet, especially without actually seeing the diamond or ring in person. After reading countless positive consumer feedback entries, I decided to give it a try. When the ring arrived, I was amazed at how beautiful the ring was. My fiance loves her ring, and I catch her looking at it all the time. I was very impressed with the amount of education available on the Blue Nile website. Very easy process
I iwas unsure of shopping on-line for an engagement ring, but this was a good experience. It sure beat dealing with pushy sales people. I just basically built the ring. She loves it and I am very happy she did!
