Order process was crazy easy. I bought this necklace for my mom for Mother's Day.... she almost cried. I live pretty far from my mom so I couldn't be there- I had it shipped directly to her. She said even the packaging was beautiful. She said the pearl had a beautiful shine to it as did the amethyst. It is a great gift for someone you love or for yourself!

The gf liked it; this cute piece has a sort of understated elegance in its simplicity. Unfortunately the pearl also had a multi-mm surface scratch that was visible when light reflected off it. The only redeeming factor was that it was on the side, a little towards the back facing the skin somewhat, so you probably wouldn't see it in practice.
