Customer service was pleasant, but not as versed on pearls as I would have liked. The website is still pretty good. The last time I bought diamonds, there was a lot of informaiton, so when I went to buy pearls, I expected the same. Although there is some very good information, I would have liked to have more information to base research. I can't say what I was missing since I am not an expert, other than their seems to be an imbalance between the two types (pearl vs diamonds...)
