Customer service was very good (and patient) explaining features of different diamond and the transaction process. I received the diamond in a timely manner before Christmas. Everything was exactly how the website described it (though it was way more beautiful in person). The price for the diamond was more reasonable than all other local jewelers I went to in San Diego & Brea, California (the additional 1.5% bank wire discount was a pleasant surprise). The diamond and setting were both perfect and she loved it. I was kind of worried since I was selecting a smaller carat size compared to most, but the other features and the signature cut make the sparkle and shine outweigh the carat size. The ring was delivered as promised on time. The Diamond was exactly as promised. The Blue Saphires on the side seemed somewhat smaller than the picture but were very nice and made the diamond POP. My wife was very happy with everything! Which is all that counts in these matters!

The Signature Asscher-Cut Diamond I purchased through Blue Nile is stunning! The signature cut really makes a difference. The solitaire diamond set in a platinum setting shimmers beyond belief and is absolutely eye catching. I always thought diamonds were over priced and not worth the time or effort, but through Blue Nile you can purchase something that is reasonably priced and beautiful. I talked to three Blue Nile representatives over the phone. They were patient, informative, and actually swayed me toward the lesser priced diamond when I had my decision narrowed down to two.
