To ensure your recipients will love your holiday gifts, orders shipped from Blue Nile starting November 15, 2017 are eligible for an extended holiday return policy and can be returned to Blue Nile through January 15, 2018. Our normal 30-day return policy will resume December 15, 2017.

Items $500 or below can be returned online. Contact us directly for items priced over $500. Blue Nile accepts merchandise returns via mail only.

Online Returns do not apply to the following items:

  1. International returns.
  2. Non-USD currencies.
  3. Individual purchases over $500.
  4. Exchanges, repairs, or resizing.
  5. Items that became damaged or defective after delivery.
  6. Engraved items (rings excluded).
