A. The promotional value of the voucher expires on August 30, 2014. After this, your voucher will still be valid for the paid amount.

A. Due to anticipated volume, all orders are guaranteed to be shipped with Free FedEx shipping within three business days of purchase. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email when your package has been shipped.

Q. What is the return policy?
A. Returns for refund are not allowed. Returns for exchange are allowed within 30 days. For orders with multiple items, the discount will be spread across all items evenly.

Q. Can I return my product for exchange?
A. The initial purchase is eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase at the promotion value. Subsequent exchanges outside of 30 days are exchanged at the paid value.
