Our goal is to get the perfect gift into the hands of your lucky recipient as quickly as possible. On-time delivery assumes there will be no unexpected delays caused by bad weather, high shipping volume or other unforeseen setbacks. Please note, delivery times are extended by 90 minutes during the holidays.
All duties and/or taxes will be collected in the cart during the checkout process. You will not experience any additional duties or taxes upon receipt. For more information see our International Shipping Policies page.
Each item will arrive in a soft fabric pouch or a box inside a Blue Nile gift box. View the shipping details tab the bottom of each product page to see how your order will be presented.
Loose diamonds or built rings will be presented in a ring box. Loose diamonds will be held in place by a tension-secured spring ring for presentation purposes only and should not be worn.
Hold For Pickup and Other Alternate Delivery Options
If your purchase is a surprise, or you are unable to be home for delivery, you may arrange for your package to be held at a UPS Hold For Pick-Up location where it will be held for up to five business days until retrieved by you, or the person you designate. Tracking Your Order
Your order status page provides the latest updates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes UPS tracking information.
Signature Requirements for Delivery
A signature is always required on all Blue Nile orders sent via UPS, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with your shipping carrier. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your delivery, or arrange for alternative delivery options.
