Exceptional all the way...
Between the three purchases my husband and I have made, our experience with Blue Nile could not have been better. My husband bought my engagement ring and band at Blue Nile. He went on and on to everyone we knew about how wonderful, easy, helpful, timely, and affordable you are. I knew the rings were absolutely exquisite, but I had not experienced the customer service until my purchase. My purchase could not have been easier or sent more timely. I cannot think of one thing that Blue Nile could improve. I would and do recommend you to anyone!

The comfort fit wedding ring my husband and i chose was wonderful. He really likes it. I must say though, it fits true to size unlike the others comments that I've read. I ordered 1/2 size smaller but had to return it for the 1/2 size bigger. Returning it was simple. Just call, get auth code, return to blue nile, get different size or whatever you need.

Simple and classic. The ring looks great on a guy with smaller hands. As always, Blue Nile was helpful and shipping was fast, not to mention a great price.

I purchased this for my wedding in Sept, hoping to have enough time to exchange it if it was not right. The ring came in no time at all and was heavy for its size. it was shiny and I know my soon to be husband will absolutely love it

Blue Nile is the best place to buy all of your jewelry! My fiance and I will never shop at a regular store again. The quality of this ring is exceptional. And the customer service we received was amazing! When FedEx didn't deliver to my apartment because they couldn't get in, Blue Nile called their FedEx rep and arranged a redelivery on the spot! Working with them is a breeze and they all speak English!
