Great Wedding Band
Great overall experience for both my wedding band and my fiance's diamond ring. I wanted something nice but not too flashy and this simple design was perfect. A simple band in platinum is just right and for $400-$500 cheaper than anyone local. It is truly amazing how they can be so inexpensive and yet have great quality and service. Quality is supurb!
The ring is perfect, exactly as described. My fiance loves it. The style is timeless, simple, and masculine. The iridium alloy used in this ring is a stronger alloy than some others used in Platinum so it won't scratch as easily. Arrived on time with Saturday delivery. I always get excellent customer service with Blue Nile!
My husband really likes it and it was a good price. Only problem is that it's already a little scratched... hopefully we can polish it so it's nice and shiny like new!

Fits great. Good value. This replaced an 18k gold band I wore for about 10 years. After a few weeks it is as scratched and beat up as the gold band. I never take it off but am a little disappointed in how quickly it is scratched up.

Heavy but Nice
The ring looks nice and feels good but it is really heavy. I was surprised how heavy it was. It will be a little hard to get used to and initially hard to type with even fro a big guy hand.

Perfect size the second time
This ring is made a bit big as it is a "confort-fit". We ordered a 10 (which was his size at Birks) but it slipped right off his finger. The exchange process was SO EASY and the customer service reps are really great. Now that we have the right size (half a size smaller), he absolutely loves it. It's comfortable, simple, and classy.

My fiance and I love his ring however it did not arrive on time due to an error with Fedex. I stayed home waiting for the package as it required a signature but it turns out that they attempted delivery at the wrong address. The person who rec'd the attempted delivery notice went to the Fedex facility and picked up the ring and brought it to me which was lucky b/c I don't know her and she could have taken the ring. My experience with Blue Nile was excellent, my experience with Fedex was not. I am grateful that you do not include your company name on the return address so the average person would not realize what valuables are inside the box.

This is a beautiful ring. I made the mistake of buying a white gold wedding band for my fiancee initially. Once we were married and he was wearing the band it turned yellow veyr quickly. I wish I bought the platinum one in the beginning - it is a much more beautiful ring.

Lovely Ring
The ring is the perfect width for a man's hand. Platinum is overprices, true, but the difference in weight between it and other metals makes it seem substantial important. And of course, Blue Nile makes it very easy to send back for a different size when your fiance isn't used to wearing rings and can't figure it out!

This ring is extremely comfortable, although I'm sure it will take me a while to get used to the weight since I have never worn a ring before. But that's not the ring's fault! Comfort fit is the right choice
Loved it from the time I put it on. I strongly recommend that others buy the comfort fit even if it costs more. It really is comfy. I don't like wearing rings to sleep but this one I can because of the comfort fit. As for which band width to buy, that's a matter of taste. I went for 4mm width (women's) because I don't have an engagement ring. If I had an engagement ring I would have selected the 3mm width. But it's a matter of what looks good on you. My husband likes his 6mm comfort fit matching ring. Enjoy!

Beautiful, but shows scratches
The band got a lot of compliments, but started showing scratches within the first few hours. It's a very nice ring, just be aware that it will collect scratches from the moment you put it on - however, I doubt that would be any different with other polished platinum rings.

Our relationship with Blue Nile started when I began using your design your own ring feature to design an engagement ring, and emailing them to my then boyfriend. He took the hint, and ordered my engagement ring, a 1 ct. princess cut in a platinum contour setting. We were both so pleased with the ring, and the service, that we ordered both my wedding band (a 1/2 ct. tw. princess cut platinum band ring) and his. They are all a perfect compliment for one another. In addition to excellent quality, the service at Blue Nile has been exceptional. When I initially ordered the wrong size band for my husband, and realized it weeks before the wedding, your customer service staff worked extra hard to ensure that the correct band arrived in plenty of time.
