A bit too short in height next to a 3mm band.
My engagement ring band is the 3mm comfort fit, so I thought the 2mm band would be a great compliment. When I put it on it was shorter in height and seemed to fit on my finger a bit different too. I think I would have kept it if it were the same height as the 3mm. Ended up getting the 3mm and it looks, feels great. In fact it keeps my solitaire from turning about my finger.

We love this wedding band! It goes great with her three stone platinum engagement ring (the build your own). Can't even come close to beating the price either! This was one of the suggested wedding bands to go with our engagement ring. It would be most fitting for a gal with small hands. Blue Nile made the overwhelming experience of learning about, looking for, and purchasing an engagement/wedding ring so much easier! I highly recommend Blue Nile for any guy who hates being pressured at jewelry stores and just wants to learn about the ever-so-confusing world of diamonds so he can make an informed decision that isn't fogged by a commissioned sales person. The Blue Nile education section explained everything in easy to understand language. I was able to pick out the best ring, with exceptional quality diamonds, for a great price! Too small to wear alone
I was looking for a wedding band that would sit up against my 6-prong platinum solitaire, also from bluenile. This ring fit under my large (2.25 carat) stone perfectly, but you almost could not notice the wedding band. Also even though I am petite and have a size 4 finger, I felt this band was too small to wear alone. Though it was what I thought I originally wanted, I returned the ring to BN. The process was very easy and I purchased the 2.5 mm comfort fit from BN instead.

All went well, price can't be beat and the ring arrived on time. This is my second time using blue nile. The only comment would be to have the wedding bands available in quarter sizes. My fiance and I both are quarter sizes (7 3/4 and 4 3/4) so we opted to by a quarter size smaller and get them made bigger over here. Even with that additional cost it is significantly cheaper than if we bought directly from a jeweller. Nonetheless it is added effort on my part.
Simply Shining
I have yet to wear my ring. I have a little over two weeks to go. I didn't even try it on as a test. I am winging it people! Anyhow, the ring is exactly what I was expecting. The shine in the photo is the same shine you get in person. And the simplicity of the ring won't over power, letting the diamond in my engagement ring take center stage :)

The ring is beautiful! It is thin, but that's what I expected. It is actually perfect to get another one for an anniversary to put on the other side of the engagement ring. I have a 3-stone engagement ring, so I didn't really want any additional stones - this ring is perfect. I was at first worried that you couldn't see it, but it is perfect. I usually wear a size 3.75, but I got the 4 because the EXCELLENT customer service reminded me that it is custom and not returnable. THANK YOU. The size is just fine since my engagement ring is smaller, and it still fits fine.

I tried on a similar ring at a jewelry shop in San Francisco (it was $720). For much less I was able to get a lovely wedding ring that matches my engagement ring.

I have a platinum marquis diamond engagement ring with baguette side diamonds. The 2mm band is very thin compared to my engagement ring but it will work. I plan on upgrading my wedding band in the future. As far as pricing, this band was definitely the best price I could find.

We received the ring and it was exactly what we were looking for. Having browsed a number of jewelers, this was definitely higher quality than the majority -- and incredibly elegant. The only regret is that they couldn't engrave this ring. We need to find an independent jeweler who will do that. Overall, however, we are delighted with the ring.

The ring was sized correctly and looked great with her engagement ring and identical wedding band (i.e., 3-rings on the same finger) we had purchased years earlier. Also, I was surprised (at least for this particular piece of jewelry) that Blue Nile's price was lower than my go-to "secret wholesale" jewelry store. Mind you, it was only by $25, but cheaper nonetheless.

I am lucky to have received the most beautiful, elaborate engagement ring from my husband and I was having a difficult time finding a band to complement the low profile of that ring. This band was perfect and very affordable for platinum.
Thanks to the buyers comments, I ordered half a size bigger and it fits perfectly! The only gripe I had was the customer service I received via the phone, the rep was not helpful at all and seemed more like she didn't cared about her job. However my issue was resolved via email with exceptional speed!

I am very disappointed
The ring measured only 1.5mm not 2mm. Very poor quality control. A similar platinum engagement ring from Blue Nile was 1mm instead of 2.5mm. My wife doesn't want to return it because the process is too slow and she doesn't want to be seen not wearing her ring. I certainly won't be recommending this site to anyone.

Substantially constructed, delicately proportioned
I was looking for something that would not look awkward with my antique, emerald-cut, diamond engagement ring. The picture is at a larger scale so be prepared to receive a delicate, thin, feminine ring. It's beautiful but is hidden by my engagement ring, which is okay with me since I did not want a band to upstage it. It also looks very pretty by itself - again, very delicate and feminine looking.

Great ring but I bought this ring to complement a 6-prong solitaire engagement ring, as suggested by Blue Nile. Unfortunately, I did not find out until later that the two rings were not true complements as they did not sit flush with each other (there's a little gap between the rings due to the prong setting of the engagement ring). So the website was a little misleading but apparently the manufacturer of the engagement doesn't offer a complementary wedding band so it's not entirely Blue Nile's fault. Still disappointing, nonetheless. Other than that, I still think Blue Nile is great and would shop there again in the future.

I was looking for the smallest ring possible and I got it. Just perfect. Best quality at the best price. Sizing is a bit off as others mentioned. I ordered a 4.5 and it matches my 4.25 engagement ring, if not a bit more snug.

I really like the wedding band and find it compliments the anniversary band I got from Blue Nile very nicely. The photo of the ring is a little deceiving. I wish there were some way to more accuately portray the width of the ring in the photo. It looks a lot wider in the photo than it actually is.. and unless you have a tape measure out, it's hard to imagine how it will look on your hand. Overall, though, it's a great ring.

Exactly What I Wanted!
I was looking for a simple "spare" ring to wear when I'm swimming, gardening, or around children and this was it! It's perfect for what I needed and the price was half of what I saw at other places. Very Good 2mm Platinum Wedding Bandss
My experiences with Blue nile have been excellent and this was no exception. I purchased 2 2mm wedding bands that look great with my wife's Tiffany Classic engagement ring. The bands had an average price, but above average quality compared with with the "mall" jewelers we visited. Also, Blue Nile was able to deliver the rings faster than all of the stores could order them in. The only minor glitch was that the rings were a small size '5' and fit much tighter than my wife's size '5' engagement ring. However, Blue Nile offered to resize the ring for no charge. I highly recommend Blue Nile and plan on using them in the future for other purchases.
