Seiko Warranty

All Seiko watches are covered by a 3-year manufacturer's limited warranty. The first year is a worldwide warranty, and the second and third years are only valid in the United States. This warranty does not cover the watch bracelet, strap, crystal, battery, or any watch accessory, including, but not limited to, any pouch or belt attached to the watch. If your watch is repaired or serviced by anyone other than Seiko, this warranty will become void.

Service & Repair

If your Seiko watch requires service and is still under warranty,

Carefully pack your watch with your original retail purchase receipt
and then Mail it via USPS, fully insured to:
