Michele Warranty
Your Michele Watch is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace without charge, at our option, any such defective parts, within the limits of the warranty.
This warranty applies to the internal components of your Michele watch and does not apply to the strap, bracelet, case, glass, or battery. The warranty does not apply to Michele watches damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, or neglect.
This warranty is void if your Michele watch has been tampered with or repaired by anyone other than the authorized Michele Service Center. Water damaged watches are not consequential damages, thus this exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
Service & Repair
If your Michele watch should require service during the period of warranty, follow the following steps:
- Mail the watch insured.
- Enclose a $12.50 check or money order payable to Metro Service Center to cover processing, handling and postage.
- Enclose the original warranty coupon filled in as required.
- Enclose your original receipt to validate date of purchase.
- Enclose an explanation of what is wrong with the watch.
Package watch carefully, enclose the necessary documents and handling charges and return to:
