Festina Warranty

All Festina watches are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's All-Inclusive Universal Warranty, which covers defective parts experienced under normal wear and the labor required to repair them.

The All-Inclusive Universal Warranty can be extended by an additional year at no extra charge - simply complete and return the information card enclosed with your watch within 90 days of the purchase and the warranty will be extended for an additional year free.

If your watch is repaired or serviced by anyone other than Festina, this warranty will become void. This warranty is valid only in the United States.

Service & Repair
If your Festina watch requires service and is still under warranty:

1. Carefully pack your watch with your original retail purchase receipt
   
2. Mail it via USPS, fully insured to:
