All Kenneth Cole watches are covered by a 100% limited lifetime warranty. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or abuse and excludes battery, case, crystal, strap, malfunction and deterioration resulting from accident, negligence, or tampering.

If your Kenneth Cole watch requires service and is still under warranty, carefully pack it with your original retail purchase receipt, a check or money order for $8.50 for return postage and insurance, and a note with your name, address, phone number, and a description of the services requested. Then mail the package via USPS, fully insured to:
