The manufacturer's warranty does not apply to this product because we are not an authorized reseller of this watch. This warranty is the only express warranty covering this watch and we disclaim any liability under the manufacturer's warranty.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase from Blue Nile. Any part found to be defective as a result of a manufacturing fault will be repaired or replaced by Blue Nile.
What is covered?
Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This limited warranty does not cover:
 | the bracelet or strap, |
| | battery, |
| | crystal, |
| | wear to the case, |
| | misuse or abuse, or |
| | moisture damage caused by exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations. |
If your watch is repaired or serviced by anyone other than Blue Nile, this warranty will become void. This warranty is valid only in the United States.
