Purchased as a gift for my wife. The stone was much larger than I expected, but not gaudy-large. Clasp seems strong enough. A very good deal.

I have bought many items from blue Nile for my family. They have a great selection. I bought the blue topaz pendant for my wife and she loved it.

My girlfriend likes the durability of the chain, the size of the stone which is large enough without being too big, and it hangs nicely where you can still see it with different shirts. The color can not appear as blue as the picture online depending on the lighting and what you wear it with.

The blue color in the picture is not what I saw when I opened the box. It's such a light blue it's practically clear. I was really disappointed since it looked so good in the picture. I'll be returning.

The topaz stone was larger than I expected. My lady friend was very happy with the present.
