To Whom It May Concern,
I hope this message finds you doing well. Firstly I want to thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule in order to read my message. I am not a good writer and at first the thought of asking for help seemed like a negative thing. However, my close friend gave me advice and said that a strong person is one who asks for help when they need it-I thank him for giving me the push to ask you guys for a little help.
At first I was diagnosed with optic neuritis (of which I still currently have) and after a long battle of suffering with the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) symptoms I was officially diagnosed with MS in 2010. During the time of the symptoms I had about 5 MRI's of my brain done and lesions were found. I currently have lesions in my neck and brain. I fight many emotional and physical symptoms all the time. I know that things can change (for the worse) at any time and some of these changes might be out of my control, especially things that are related to my disability.
My girlfriend is the love of my life! She is so cute, bright, smart, cheerful, caring, honest, helpful, selfless-I could go on forever! In my eyes my girlfriend is the most beautiful and loving person! I know we have been through a lot but she has stuck with me! I definitely feel comfortable around her and I know I have found the love of my life. My ultimate goal is to marry my girlfriend! I would love to be able to give her something that is remarkably as beautiful as she is inside and out-being able to purpose to her.
Once again thank you
