The bracelet is beautiful, however, the clasp is VERY SMALL and hard to open

A great 20th anniversary gift. The quality is very good. It was also a good value based on other bracelets I looked at.
Nice chain but flimsy/cheap looking clasp setup
Well the chain itself is very nice but it seems that the clasp setup is on the cheap side which affects the overall appearance. This issue also imparts a sense of fear that the clasp setup will break easily and that the chain will be lost.
