Wife loved the pearl earrings

I purchased these to go with a matching Pearl Necklace for Valentines Day. My wife loved them. Shipping was overnight and arrived the very next day. I spoke with a Blue Nile sales person in choosing the size of the pearls and am very happy with the purchase. We have been buying from Blue Nile for 12 years and it is always perfect !

Good value but overall build and presentation could be improved

An anniversary gift for my lovely wife. The pearls held a lovely soft pearly pink tone which set them apart from the freshwater pearls shade of pale white. Very close to the akoya pearls you find at Mikimoto but for about 50% of the price. I could not see any irregularities on the surface and the pair were of equal size which is important since symmetry for earrings is key. The push back settings were adequate though it seems from time to time the clasp can be pushed back slightly tilted. As for the packaging, it came with an inner blue box with a simple, if not cheap, piece of plastic with 2 slants for the earrings. There was also an outer box which added to the overall presentation. The package for securely put together to ensure the earrings would be well protected.

Exceptional

Very nice depth and color. Not too pink, very pearlescent as they should be! The only earrings she will wear other than the diamonds I got for her here.
