I bought this to match my 1 carat Asccher cut solitaire ring (with comfort fit band in Platinum). Although this is a beautiful ring with lots of sparkle, it did not match my rounded comfort fit band. This ring has a very "flat" profile - for some reason it did not sit well w. my comfort fit band. I ended up getting the plain comfort fit wedding band. I would have loved to keep this ring for my right hand as its gorgeous on its own. The Asccher diamonds are a bit more expensive than other cuts, but if you want something unique and special this is a great ring. Maybe I will purchase this later as an anniversary gift for myself....
