The pendant is nice and my girlfriend enjoys it. My biggest compliment, though, goes to customer service. After a mix-up with Fed-Ex, the rep that helped me out couldn't have been any more helpful! It felt good, as a customer, to feel valued!

I was very pleased with the necklace. I purchased it for my daughter's birthday and she loved it. I love the shape of the heart. It's a little more modern which I think is perfect for a trendy teenager!

This is not the first time I have bought quality jewelry from Blue Nile. I bought this pendant as a Valentines Day present for my wife. She was very pleased. I think that she has worn it everyday since I gave it to her.

The pendant is a nice size, not too big, not too small. I had to change the chain because it was too short, but otherwise it was a beautiful chain. I get compliments on this piece all the time now! We are never disappointed by Blue Nile.

The necklace is lovely
The price, size and quality were as good as I could have received if I had gone to several stores. It was also so easy to shop online even when I had computer problems on my end. I called Blue Nile the next day and they helped me with the "active" order I still had. It arrived when the email said it would. We ordered several items last Christmas and were pleased with all of them.
