Perfect chain at the perfect price!!
A very nice value for this chain and I was able to get it in a 16" length which is usually hard to find. It goes perfectly with the size pendant we were buying it for. As usual, Blue Nile was impeccable in their product, packaging, presentation, and support. I am a long time customer and intend to continue as such.

  Just what I expected
Nicely packaged and just what I expected, there were no problems with the silver chain. The links are a little larger than a more delicate chain but went well with the pendant I used.

  Disappointed with quality of chain.
I'm disappointed. The chain's clasp didn't work and I spent $10 to get a new clasp put on it. The jeweler agreed the clasp wasn't big enough. Then, the chain broke. I have purchased jewlery from you before, and this is the first time I felt I received inferior merchadise.

  Beyond Expectations
I had bought a blue topaz pendant from a local jeweler here in Arizona, and I was not pleased with the white gold chain they had provided. The chain is of a good weight, has good length and width, but the silver is slightly of a darker color than the picture. The clasp has a small opening, so it may take several tries to hook and unhook chain. Other than that, the gift box it came in was elegant. I would shop here again.

Sturdy, well-made chain. I got it to wear with some birthstone charms. The clasp is a little difficult to manage...the round part that hooks into the lobster claw is quite small and it takes some skill to get the pieces together.
