Lovely Bracelet
Very nice bracelet. To be honest, does not look quite as nice as the "T" bracelet, it has a little line on each ring that makes it look a little like plastic, and where it was soldered there are small flaws that are visible if you're looking closely. The engraving is perfectly centered and looks really nice. All in all, for the price, I am pleased and the customer service was excellent. I would shop here again as Blue Nile seems to be a very good, reputable company. Before shopping here, I bought a similar bracelet online that turned out to not even be real silver, and was a total scam, so, If you can't afford the expensive version, you can at least get a nice, sterling bracelet for a good price at Blue Nile.

I love this bracelet. I read the reviews before ordering, which was helpful, but I was still really impressed by the substantial weight and wonderful craftsmanship of this piece. I put it on right away and haven't taken it off yet. It's definitely a keeper. Looks like the Light Blue Box store bracelet, except for the price tag. Buy yourself TWO things! Life is good!

The heart bracelet seemed very nice and of good quality. This is the second one that I bought for a gift- both for young girls.
This bracelet is exactly what I wanted, without the extravagant price tag. As other people have said, the tag does scratch but that is to be expected with a bracelet like this one. It gives it your own character. I definitely recommend it to anyone.

This is a lovely bracelet at a very affordable price. Feels good on and is a classic that women of any age can wear. You can't go wrong. It is a bit difficult to clasp, but well worth the effort. One or two more links would solve this problem.

The clasp was a little tight, but it works well - might take some getting used to. The heart shows any sort of scratch, but that would be the case with any of these types of bracelets.

Great bracelet, but watch the length.
I love the bracelet, it looks just like the more expensive brand, without the expensive price. The length is hard to determine. I choose this bracelet over another because it was 8" long, which is the length most of my bracelets are, and ended up to be too short because the links are so big. Customer service was able to add 2 links, and now the length is perfect.

Nice bracelet, but GREAT customer service!
The bracelet itself is very nice and we are certainly pleased with that. We had it engraved with a single letter and the engraving was very small and not vertically centered. Upon return and examination, Blue Nile felt it was a difference of opinion and there was nothing wrong with the engraving. They attached a blank pendant and sent me the bracelet back so I can get it engraved elsewhere. This is a perfect example of their excellent customer service!

Great Bracelet, but not for charms
Bracelet was great and nice weight. However, it can not be used with other Blue Nile charms as the links are too thick. This was a slight disappointment. Also note that the heart tag will develop a "soft" look relatively quickly and the silver gets scratched with wear.

It's Nice But..........
The bracelet is pretty... but my wife cannot put it on by herself. Therefore, she never really wares it...she cant. If it had been made with a different clasp then I think it would be more user friendly. In addition, the charms that I purchased at the same time as the bracelet will not fit on the bracelet. The lobster clasps are too small for the bracelet links. It would have been nice if someone from Blue Nile had informed me about that prior to receiving the items. Maybe for your future customers you can mention in the item description that they only fit curtain bracelets. I figured out away to add a small silver ring that I could bend around the bracelet links and still be able to hook the charm on.
It fits a little bit snugly due to the large size of the links but it is quite beautiful and overall I am pleased

Bracelet is not what I expected
The bracelet is not what I was expecting. It seems cheap, like it just has some sort of electroless silver plating over a base metal. It is not heavy like other sterling silver pieces I have. Maybe I am wrong, but I would not purchase this piece of jewelry again.
The chain itself is very nice, but the heart charm scratches very easily. I've only had this bracelet for 2 weeks now, and the charm looks very old and scratched up, I would not recommend this bracelet to anyone.

She did not like the used looking bracelet
The bracelet was nice with the exception that it appeared used when we received it. The heart was scratched and pitted as if someone had worn it for awhile and then returned it. Needless to say we returned it and had to pay $7.00 dollars to ship it back. I did not want to risk having to return another one so I did not reorder.
It's a very nice bracelet, I wouldn't buy it for a small wrist the links are just oo big, I went out and bought the smaller version directly at Tiffany's - would be nice to find it here too. As for the engraving it would be nice to have 9 ore 10 spaces on the first line to keep it more balanced with the space available. Just looking at quality and value - the bracelet is a great buy!

I was not happy with this bracelet as the finish soon wore off and the piece turned dull in spots. I contacted customer service and they said this was normal, and that you had to clean the bracelet almost daily to keep the shine. After I tried to clean the piece to no avail I was told that it was outside of the return policy. I love you guys diamonds, but next time I'll pass on the silver.

I absolutely love this bracelet! It is exceptional in quality. The links are thick and heavy and the length is just right for all wrist sizes, with plenty of room to remove a link or 2 for tiny wrists. This piece goes great with every outfit I have! The only thing that may disappoint buyers is that if they wear it every day (like I do), the heart will get scratched over time. However, any silversmith can easily buff the scratches out.

In comparison to the Tiffany's bracelet, it doesn't hold up. It's a nice looking bracelet, but felt and looked somewhat cheep. The clasp truly wasn't up to par. I would buy it for a teenage, but if the occation is special enough, I would just buy the Tiffany's one. The packaging was very nice.

The Blue Nile bracelet is IDENTICAL to the Tiffany bracelet, but the Blue Nile bracelet has more shine and a better weight to the silver links. I gave away my Tiffany bracelet, I wear my Blue Nile bracelet all the time! I love it!

I am usually skeptical of ordering products unless I can examine it personally beforehand, but blue nile had an excellent reputation and was half the cost of the store "with the little blue boxes." Upon ordering, the package was lost by FedEx with no idea on its location (meant to be a Valentines day gift.) Upon contacting blue nile, they immediately attempted to not only locate the original package but also sent a replacement overnight at the earliest shipping date. When the bracelet finally arrived, it was much better quality than I had expected and my girlfriend absolutely loved it (thereby resolving any issues caused by recieving it after the big day.) Not only was blue nile a pleasure to deal with, their products are superior and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for high-end jewelry sold with low-cost and absolutely no pressure sales tactics or snobbishness.

We purchased two mongrammed Sterling Silver Heart-Tag Bracelets, one for each of my teenage daughters as part of their Christmas gifts. We wanted to get them each something that they could keep and wear "forever". I was thrilled when the package arrived and the bracelets were perfect and beautiful, and of the exceptional quality (and value!) Blue Nile is known for. Both receive compliments when they wear them. I enjoy my bracelet although I needed added links b/c the original sent was too small, then I chose to have added links and was charged $5 for each additional, which ended up being too big,b/c i was unsure as to exactly how many I would need. The tag part of it was scratched excessively after 1 time of wearing, b/c I think the tag is in a bad place on the bracelet. I do love it though but wish I would have known of the mishaps that were due to happen.

I bought the bracelet for myself. I was extremely pleased with the quality and value for the price. The bracelet itself can go with anything from business attire to a night out after work. My wife loves it; except, the clasp is difficult to manipulate for her. The spring in the clasp is very strong, so she can't put it on or take it off alone. Other than that, she loves it.
