Prior to purchase I read a customer review that, while positive, said "too bad did not have a second hand". That person needs to consider that if there were a second hand the watch could not possibly be as thin. It is perfect as is. Does nothing but elegantly tell me the time.

My son wouldn't wear a watch because he found them "uncomfortable" or they interfered with his shirt cuff or were "just too bulky" on his arm. He's a young professional so he needs a watch to make his appointments on time. He was delighted when the light-weight, thin, "fine-looking" Skagen met all his expectations. It was a happy birthday!

It's so light, even he will wear it.
My husband loved the watch. He's never been much of a watch-wearer, because he doesn't like the distraction of something on his wrist. But because this watch is so light he doesn't mind wearing it at all. I gave it to him a few weeks ago for our anniversary and every once in a while, just out of the blue, he'll say "I love my watch!" :)

The perfect gift!
I bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift. He is a man that doesn't wear jewelry so it was important to find a watch that was simple yet sophisticated.
