Fancy coloured diamonds are not white diamonds with poor colour grades. They are graded on a different colour scale than white diamonds, and are treasured for the intense colour they exhibit. When you purchase a fancy coloured diamond, make sure it comes with a certificate of authenticity and be sure this certificate comes from a reputable diamond grading company.
