not exactly what I expected, but still great.

I was a little disappointed with the elevation of the jewels off the actual ring- this was not clear in the photos on the web page. They have a tendency to catch on things being so prominent. Otherwise, it's beautiful, and my fiancee is very pleased. I'm sure I still would have bought the ring regardless of what the pictures might have shown, but it would have been nice to know.

My girlfriend (now fiance')wanted something different in an engagement ring. She was very explicit in the *hints* she provided. "I want a white gold ring, an oval sapphire, with two small diamonds."
