The diamond with sapphires is an outta-the-park home run.
My wife loved the ring. The setting in 18K gold is beautiful, and she especially loved the twin sapphires. They're a fabulous deep blue and they sparkle as much as the Marquise diamond solitaire. First Class all the way!
I have to admit being somewhat concerned when buying something I haven't touched/seen.
