The pendant was fantastic. She was blown away. The chain is a little flimsy though. I replaced it with a stronger box chain.

1st Anniversary (30 yrs old)
Nothing to say that hasn't been said before. The product was excellent. My wife wears it almost everyday including a wedding. The product was received the next day and she was completely surprised. It is very sparkly and noticable. i spoke with customer service to get it shipped to a FedEx store instead of the house and she was very helpful. This was a very easy process for an excellent product. I will return.

The chain was thin, but held up to the measurements posted. Would have liked to see it a bit thicker. Overall, a very beautiful piece. The recipient wears it at ever opportunity. Fabulous presentation box.

The pendant is slightly smaller than the picture shown but the its quality shows. It sparkles in less light surrounding, and looks all white otherwise. Also compare to other pendants in the department store, you can see the diamond faces in this one. But the best one is that my fiance loves to wear it. This makes 2 for 2 purchases with satisfied experience with BN

It was exactly what she wanted
My wife had been wanting a Pave setting for some time. I had been looking at this heart on Blue Nile for awhile but had to overcome the hesitation of buying jewelry online. I finally took the plunge and I am happy to report that Blue Nile exceeded my expectations by a long shot. The necklace arrive 3 days earlier than I expected and my wife LOVED it. Every woman should treat herself to something like this!
The pendant really flashes! My husband bought me the pave hoop earrings last Christmas so I decided to treat myself to the pave heart necklace and braclet and have a complete matching set. I wish the chain was about 2" longer, but other than that I'm very pleased.
