the product is great, fedex is terrible. i'm in the uk and they don't deliver on saturday's here or promise to deliver in a window (e.g. i asked if they could come in the morning) - services you can get from other couriers. they took a lot of time to manage on the phone. if i don't buy again, it will be because of fedex.
