After your item has been packaged, it will be delivered free of charge. All loose diamond purchases will arrive via FedEx International Priority®, arriving in 1-4 business days after shipping from Blue Nile.

All other purchases will arrive via either FedEx International Priority® or Interlink Ireland (for Ireland addresses only). Most areas receive overnight delivery. Please contact customer service for more details.

All custom jewellery (ring, earring, or pendant) and loose diamonds purchased from Blue Nile will be shipped in presentation-quality finely finished lacquered wooden box. Your loose diamond will be held in place by a tension-secured spring ring. The spring ring is for presentation purposes only and must not be worn.

Secure, Insured Shipments

For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Blue Nile orders. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

Shipping to Alternate Addresses

If you would like to arrange delivery to an alternate location, enter the address of that location as your alternate shipping destination, (and ensure that address is on file with your credit card company), or call one of our customer service agents at 00353 1 899 1351.
