Beautiful ring, but sloppy stone mount

The diamond, setting and after the sale customer service were exceptional. The attention to detail in setting the stone was lacking as the stone was mounted crooked and had to be reset. BN happily corrected the problem and all is well now, but still a hassle and a disappointment on a very expensive ring.
