"Customer service is a department of people with extraordinary knowledge, talent and dedication to helping customers. As you walk through the call center, you will hear a buzz of activity. You can hear Diamond and Jewelry Consultants on the phone answering questions about diamonds, jewelry, orders or tracking a package with FedEx. You can see Diamond and Jewelry Consultants clicking away on their keyboards responding to the hundreds of questions we get via e-mail as well. The atmosphere in the call center is upbeat, friendly, and busy. We are the envy of the rest of the company with our theme potlucks like Taco Tuesday and breakfast treats like Krispy Kremes. The Customer Service department is definitely festive environment to work in, especially around the holidays!"
