You can hear Diamond and Jewelry Consultants on the phone answering questions about diamonds, jewelry, orders or tracking a package with FedEx. You can see Diamond and Jewelry Consultants clicking away on their keyboards responding to the hundreds of questions we get via e-mail as well. The atmosphere in the call center is upbeat, friendly, and busy. We are the envy of the rest of the company with our theme potlucks like Taco Tuesday and breakfast treats like Krispy Kremes.
