Seasonal Production Assistant

Blue Nile seeks a Seasonal Production Assistant to join our dynamic team of Jewelers in our exciting, fast-paced environment. This position goes through December.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage production flow and job sequencing
  • Track and expedite jobs in the shop
  • Manage jewelers perishable tooling and production supplies
  • Manage office supplies and Fulfillment Center consumables
  • Manage change order requests from Customer Service
  • Support other Fulfillment Center departments as needed
  • Utilize the engraving machine to engrave orders
  • Manage the flow of jobs with external vendors through good communication and expectation setting
  • Prompt and regular attendance
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • Detail-oriented, self-directed
  • Strong organizational skills, good communication skills and a working knowledge of Excel
  • Manufacturing/inventory experience preferred
  • Self-starter, able to work autonomously
  • Ability to work in a progressive, dynamic and changing environment
  • Able to lift 25 lbs to chest level
  • Able to stand and walk around for long periods of time
