Blue Nile is seeking a driven, customer-service minded and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our Human Resources team. Our Receptionist is a key partner in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations through outstanding communication practices and meticulous administration of office programs and processes.

Essential Functions:
  • Provide a professional and helpful first point-of-contact for our guests and visitors
  • Direct incoming calls
  • Control building access and security
  • Ensure mail and packages are picked up and delivered accurately and in a timely manner
  • Manage office inventory including supplies, beverages and kitchen maintenance
  • Manage facilities and building maintenance requests
  • Plan logistics for internal and external events and meetings
  • Partner with Human Resources in recruiting-related activities
  • Partner with Accounts Payable in preparing and validating checks and invoices
  • Maintain front desk and lobby in a neat and professional manner at all times
  • General office duties as assigned such as conference room schedule management, special projects and support to the Human Resources team
  • Prompt and regular attendance
Qualifications:
  • Extraordinary attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and readiness to lend a hand
  • 2+ years of administration, clerical or customer-service experience
  • Ability to work independently and execute objectives
  • Ability to multitask and establish priorities in a rapidly changing environment
  • High school diploma
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
