Seasonal Customer Service Representatives (Multiple Openings)

Blue Nile is seeking several dedicated Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Seattle, WA. The Customer Service Representatives will represent Blue Nile as an experienced customer service and sales professional via phone or e-mail, by selling our high quality diamonds and jewelry. Our most successful employees enjoy building lasting relationships with our customers and aim to exceed customer's expectations. We are looking for candidates that will be passionate about the Blue Nile brand and obsess over our customers.

Essential Functions:
  • Deliver a phenomenal customer experience to every Blue Nile customer
  • Build customer relationships through care and responsiveness
  • Offer no-pressure advice and guidance to help our customers decide with confidence
  • Assist customers through the purchasing process
  • Answer incoming customer calls or e-mails to facilitate a sale
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service skills including empathy, ownership and follow through
  • A solution-oriented personality with the desire to create a positive resolution which supports the business and customers' needs
  • Superior communication and listening skills
  • A strong ability to establish trust and credibility
  • Highly detailed-oriented with great documentation skills are a must
  • A mature and dedicated team player

Our Customer Service hours range from; Monday – Friday 5:00am – 11:00pm and Weekends 6:00am – 7:00pm. Shifts are generally 8 hours and range from early morning, mid morning/day and afternoon/evening. Please indicate first and second choice of shifts. You must be flexible on hours within the shift selected. .
