Customer service excellent, but...
Will return these - regretfully! I initially received the wrong earrings...Blue Nile customer service reps were great and worked with me to resolve that problem. But when I did receive the correct item, the color was much paler than appeared on my computer monitor. Though the design of the setting and brilliance of the gem are lovely, I'm going to return.
