I love the necklace. Just what I was looking for. As usual with Blue Nile the necklace is prettier than the picture represents. The only problem is that the clasp is rather small so it makes it a bit more difficult to put on without help.
I bought two: one for my daughter and one for my son's girlfriend and they both loved it. It is beautifully made and can go with casual or dress clothes. This was also an amazing value - I shopped everywhere and couldn't come close to this price for anything half this nice!!!

I bought this for my sister for Christmas, and was very pleased with how it turned out. I was a little worried until I saw it that it might not quite suit, but was very satisfied with the final result.
I really like the design and the jewelry, the only complaint I might have is that the pearls might have seemed a bit like play jewelry. They almost didn't seem real.

I had been searching for a necklace to match the earrings my mom had previously purchased for my wedding jewelry. This necklace looks great with the earrings. Most importantly it is the look I was going for with my Grace Kelly era dress style. I can't wait for my wedding day!
Wonderful necklace, difficult clasp.
The necklace is very nice - I do have a couple of issues with it, though: 1)The clasp is a little difficult to maneuver: The "claw" part of the "lobster claw" (the part you push on to open the clasp) is small and hard to catch with your fingernail. I think this clasp would be quite difficult for someone older, or who has trouble with fine motor skills. 2)The pearl drops have a tendency to twist a bit (I think they loop through the main part of the neckace) so that they don't lie perfectly flat on your neck. This is easily fixed (by looping them back through the other way) but is an annoyance. 3)The pearls are very white - I was hoping for something a little more pink/purple - but this is not a flaw, just my preference. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase - the quality of the pearls is obvious, and the texture of the chain is beautiful - soft (no kinks) and feminine, but not too delicate. This necklace is a favorite, and I wear it quite often.
