- Diamond Price Match is a free service and only takes a few minutes. Simply contact Blue Nile at 888-565-7641 with your diamond quality and price specifications. A Diamond & Jewelry Consultant will locate a matching Blue Nile diamond. In most cases, Blue Nile expects to have the lowest price. In those cases where the competitor's diamond is less, Blue Nile may attempt to match the lower price.
- No sales pitch. Blue Nile Diamond & Jewelry Consultants do not work on commission, so there's no pressure, no sales pitch. We simply want to provide you with the best possible diamond at the best price.
- The exact diamond. To ensure accuracy, the Diamond Price Match Program requires that diamonds be graded by the Gemological Institute of America or the American Gem Society Labs. Diamonds will be compared according to the Four Cs – cut, color, clarity, and carat weight, as well as additional criteria such as fluorescence, polish and symmetry, table and depth percentage, etc.
