Keep in mind that I have zero previous experience with diamonds other than glancing at other womans rings on occasion...The diamond arrived on time, well packaged and secure. I was rather surprised when I saw it, I was expecting less. It was bright and clear and seemed to reflect light very well making it seem to twinkle. The band was beautifully done. I have not given it to her yet, I'm waiting till we go on vacation but I think she'll love it. The only thing is I kinda guessed on the size and I think it may be too big and I'll have to get it resized. That is my fault though. Overall I am really pleased with the diamon I bought from Blue Nile.

We were a little unsure about purchasing diamonds online whilst in holiday in the US. We need not have been. The diamond was superior to those seen in the stores and the price was much better. The clear pricing was the best part. In the jewellers we felt it was more like a Egytpian bazaar with prices starting high with discounts here and there. No proper pricing structure. Also cut was not mentioned in the stores which was our first priority. The signature ideal is wonderful and attacts many comments.
