My Fiancee Loved her gift of matching bracelet and heart pendant which matches her engagement ring. I will look (at Blue Nile first) for a yellow gold wedding ring with diamonds and sapphire to complement her engagement ring, heart pendant, and bracelet, all with diamonds and sapphires.

Prongs are relatively large. They should be smaller since the stones are not all that large.
A little smaller than I thought but still quite lovely. My girlfriend was very happy.
The pendant was exactly as described. I thought the chain could have been a little heavier, but my wife loved it just as it is.
