She loves the ring, I love Blue Nile!
My fiance loves the ring! First of all, the Blue Nile customer service was terrific. I had to change the ring size the day before the order shipped and everything was taken care of perfectly. The ring dimensions may seem small, but on skinny fingers (my fiance wears a size 4), it looks amazing! I bought a .74 carat diamond and the diamond looks very large because of how thing the ring is. I definitely recommend this for anyone who if a fan of thin bands. Also, for anyone looking for a unique diamond, I recommend one with fluorescence. The one I chose had a strong blue fluorescence and looks stunning next to the sidestones. Under sunlight, the diamond has the lightest sky blue color that absolutely dazzles. I look at the ring almost as much as she does (maybe even more so).

I'm very pleased with the micropave setting but a couple things did surprise me when I received the ring. The prongs are slightly larger than expected and may be considered to obscure the diamond a bit. Moreover, the shape of the band is more angular than rounded along the edges like the platinum Tiffany style and I was surprised at that.
However, the diamond itself was magnificent and she loved the ring!
